This function uses technology that provides direct account access and helps administer the #ForBossesOnly service without reentering any password or user identification when your browser revisits the service.

• Giving Others Access to Your Account: If you share or allow others access to your account, they will be able to see your activity, ratings, and account information (including your email address or other details in the “Account” area of our website), and game-related information. Cookies and Internet Advertising

We and our Service Providers utilize cookies, other technologies (such as web beacons), and resettable device identifiers for various purposes. It’s important for you to understand our use of these technologies, so this section explains the types of technologies we use, their functions, and your choices regarding their use.

• Cookies, Similar Technologies, Web Beacons, and Resettable Device Identifiers: Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you browse and use websites and online services. We also use other technologies like browser storage and plugins (e.g., HTML5, IndexedDB, WebSQL) that may store small amounts of data on your device. Web beacons, or clear gifs/pixel tags, often work together with cookies. Declining cookies may affect the performance of web beacons linked to those cookies.

If you use the #ForBossesOnly app on a mobile device, tablet, or streaming media device, we may collect a resettable device identifier from your device. These identifiers are used for online advertising relevance, analytics, and optimization, similar to cookies.

• Purpose of Using These Technologies: Our reasons include ease of access to our services by remembering you when you return, providing, analyzing, understanding, and enhancing the use of our services, enforcing our terms, preventing fraud, improving site performance, monitoring traffic and actions on our site, and delivering and tailoring our marketing or advertising. They also support the operation of our subscription plans.

Types of Cookies and Device Identifiers:

• Essential Cookies: These are necessary to provide our website or service. They authenticate and identify our members for service delivery, help enforce our Terms of Use, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

• Performance and Functionality Cookies: These enhance your online experience with #ForBossesOnly. They remember preferences and previous inputs (like during sign up) and gather information (like popular pages and user patterns) for service enhancement and market research. Deleting these cookies may limit service functionality.

• Advertising Cookies and Resettable Device Identifiers: These use information about your use of this and other websites and apps, along with your responses to ads and emails, to deliver more relevant ads to you.

Cookies and Internet Advertising

• Advertising on Other Sites and Apps: When we advertise our services on other websites or apps, some of the websites and apps where we advertise, as well as the advertising technology companies we use (collectively “Advertising Partners”), may receive information from us as part of campaign targeting, measurement, and optimization. This includes information like sign-up steps completed and site visit or app open/install details. We use this data to evaluate ad campaign effectiveness and ensure we don’t serve ads to existing #ForBossesOnly users. We take measures to prevent Advertising Partners from accessing information about specific content selections or viewing activity on our service.

• Use in Ad-Supported Subscription Plans: In connection with our ad-supported subscription plans, #ForBossesOnly, our Ad Service Providers, and Ad Measurement Companies use these technologies to support and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
